In an interview with “Clerks” director Kevin Smith, Lovitz, a registered Democrat who voted for Obama in 2008, bashed the president for his class warfare rhetoric and the notion that the wealthy don’t pay their fair share in taxes.

Lovitz also criticized Smith for “masquerading as a 99 percenter” — a reference to the Occupy Wall Street movement that the director said he supports.

Here's what the Nobel Laureate wrote at his blog Wednesday evening:

"For the past several weeks I have watched and read news about the Occupy Wall Street protests with both interest and admiration...From the economy to the climate crisis our leaders have pursued solutions that are not solving our problems, instead they propose policies that accomplish little. With democracy in crisis a true grassroots movement pointing out the flaws in our system is the first step in the right direction. Count me among those supporting and cheering on the Occupy Wall Street movement."

This just drips with hypocrisy given the wealth this man has created in recent years investing in companies as he fear-mongered carbon dioxide.

Consider that in 2004, Gore started an investment firm with David Blood, formerly of - wait for it! - Goldman Sachs, the Wall Street securities firm at the heart of the financial collapse protesters are railing against

Well, you didn’t expect North Korea’s state-run news agency to endorse the Tea Party did you? Don’t be silly! It’s only natural that the North Koreans would endorse a movement that would turn us into North Korea on a grander scale.

North Korea’s state news agency weighed in on the Occupy Wall Street protests Thursday, highlighting the “stern judgment” of “millions of people” against a capitalist system that “brings exploitation, oppression, unemployment and poverty to the popular masses.”

The Korean Central News Agency’s daily dispatches usually contain a few accounts of the woes of the rest of the world, so KCNA’s editors were probably rubbing their hands with glee at the chance to play up the Occupy movement, which the report says is “sweeping across the capitalist world.”

“The end of capitalism is one of inevitabilities of history,” it signs off.

It remains to be seen if the backing of Pyongyang will give the Occupy Wall Street movement fresh momentum.

Nikita Khrushchev addressed the capitalists in 1956, and said, “We will bury you.” He was not referring to the Soviet Union necessarily burying The West. He was saying that communism would bury The West. “History is on our side,” he said. Indeed, Khrushchev was right.

The Occupy Wall Street protests have slowly evolved into a global insurrection against capitalism. Democrat politicians are throwing their support behind the Occupy Now groups, as is the Nazis, Communists, and any other socialist group you can think of. . . of course they are - they are all leftists, and statists.

And have you seen how the press is favorably reporting on the Occupy Now groups, while negatively reporting on the Tea Party which endeavored to point us away from this madness?

“The press is our chief ideological weapon.” — Nikita Khrushchev

“The press should be not only a collective propagandist and a collective agitator, but also a collective organizer of the masses.” - Vladimir Lenin

Obama is exactly who they have been waiting for to help usher in the revolution.

“There are no morals in politics; there is only expedience. A scoundrel may be of use to us just because he is a scoundrel.” – “To rely upon conviction, devotion, and other excellent spiritual qualities; that is not to be taken seriously in politics.” - Vladimir Lenin

“The way to crush the bourgeoisie is to grind them between the millstones of taxation and inflation.” - Vladimir Lenin

  • At the Jesuit magazine America, Tom Beaudoin, associate professor of theology at Fordham University, compared the protests to religious rituals:

Jake Goodman, an activist, Jewish educator and actor, sees these protesters as contemporary philanthopists who

... when they embody visions of a possible future that influence the larger social imagination, and when they sculpt the desires of the protestors themselves for the better. In these ways, resistance can become symbolic action, protests become like religious ritual -- and in those ways, even more important.

    Goodman charges,

... choose to limit the amount of money and creature comforts they could have so that they can fully commit to engaging in work that transforms some part of their ethical ideal into tangible reality. They have a deep love of humanity. ..

He calls for "people with economic privilege " to send support -- food, clothes, sleeping bags -- to the Occupy folks who are "actually philanthropizing with their feet."

So enthused about promoting the far-left protests, ABC anchor Diane Sawyer on Monday night's World News championed “the Occupy Wall Street movement” by ludicrously claiming that “as of tonight, it has spread to more than 250 American cities, more than a thousand countries -- every continent but Antarctica.”
